I ordered 4 lamp shades at the sale price put them in my basket and when I went to pay a few hours later they had gone up a few pounds, I ordered them got delivered great communication- but only one box arrived and no receipt note - the lamps were perfect but no shades checked the web site shades came with them and the price had gone down again? contacted customer service who said they would get back to me me. I had to chase DPD - who said they only had one box? Contacted BI this time she sounded put out by my call and reluctantly said she would send a new set of shades - still still haven’t been informed they have been dispatched and no apology for the delay

Found Baytree Interiors simply looking for small bedside lamps. Found exactly what we wanted. Sale price items. Order was easy and good customer service when I contacted them to query delivery. Will definitely use this company again. A very satisfied customer.

Just perfect! Stocked the exact candle holders i wanted at a fab price which were delivered swiftly & in one piece by DPD who were on time. Excellent comms too. Will definitely order more goods from them in future. Great find & highly recommended⭐️

Absolutely brilliant.. it's the first time I've ordered from Baytree but will ge searching their site for all future purchases. I'd seen a lovely item on another site and it was three times the price that I paid from Baytree. So price was excellent and when the purchase arrived it was well packaged and superb. They send messages all the time so you know exactly what is happening and when its arriving. This site is a great find.

Superb value and service.
Ordered 3 lanterns on separate occasions. Could not be beaten on price. Postage bit pricey but worth it as delivered by ups 2 days after order on each occasion. Reliable and competitive.

The product is really nice. I love it, it arrived on time. It was just as described and I’ve been received notifications on the order right from beginning to end. I will purchase again from Baytree as they have really lovely products.

Had to have mechanism on clock repaired as it didn’t work and kept stopping. Wouldn’t have sent it back as it would have cost a fortune! Will not be purchasing anything from you again as I’m sure you were aware of this fault

I was not happy with my purchase as it was damaged. I wrote to the customer service in relation to this. It’s been a couple of months now and I still haven’t heard back or got any sort of response. Definitely would not purchase again

I am extremely happy with my new mirror clock. I was kept informed of my order progress all the way, it arrived well before the scheduled date. It was securely packaged ( as it was a VERY large & fragile item)
It looks absolutely amazing on the wall. I would hesitate to recommend anyone to buy from this company, you really won’t be disappointed.

Very bad customer service. I told them my table's leg broke and the mirror completely smashed on the floor. The table was bought 1 year ago, but still for the glue to completely detached from the table says a lot. They were not happy to help at all.

We’ve been lucky enough to have a Baytree Interiors on our high street in Scarborough for the last few years and I’m forever stopping by. I’ve purchased furniture, flowers, photo frames, candles, Christmas trees you name it from the store and they’ve been nothing but perfect. The quality is such a high standard and the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I know there are quite a few people who are gutted that it’s closing down in the town but I for one will certainly be making the trip to the Beverley branch soon!

Attended the Middlesbrough store and had such a brilliant customer service experience. The staff couldn’t be more attentive to our needs and helped us find exactly what we were wanting. Such warm customer service, helpful and knowledgeable made such a pleasant experience. We would definitely shop here again.

Castello Aged Stone Ceramic Lamp. These lamps are gorgeous! To me the effect is more like rusty metal than stone but they look great! They are very heavy! They come with the shade, which I hadn’t realised! If this is the sort of lamp you are looking for, you won’t be disappointed with these. They were delivered quickly and very well packed in reinforced boxes.

I only gave 3 stars because I waited far to long for my order. I phoned to see where it was and the young lady was very apologetic and said it was a good job I phoned as my order had been forgotten. I received within a couple of days of my call. Happy with my order and would place an order in future. Things can go wrong anywhere.

I would have left no stars but am unable . The worst customer experience ever. Three months ago I ordered a mirror for £128 and it arrived broken . The quality wasn’t great for the price but I liked the design and so ordered a replacement- which arrived broken . All in all - it’s took 3 months and countless emails to try and get this sorted and after 3 months they now cannot supply . slow email responses and very unhelpful added to poor quality item . Go elsewhere !
